1
We import all of your business data (customer, shipto, products etc) and do regular syncs to ensure the data is correct in both systems.
2
All the Delivery ticket data (Sales Order) like Customer Name, location, assets, Product, gallons delivered and so on are automatically sent to the back-office system either via API, CSV upload or database sync.
3
Similarly all the BOL data (Purchase Order) like vendor/supplier, terminal, BOL number and image, product, gallons loaded and so on are synced with the back-office.
4
This way, the accounting team can prepare invoices and get the out the door before the driver even comes out of the premises.

We're super responsive
We’re planning to overhaul our back-office and dispatch. Which should we do first? What is the best way to make this happen?
This is what Carl Kleimann, the founder of Moffitt Services has to say about this: “ We needed a back office system as well as a front of office system. And we decided to do the front first, meaning the logistics piece first. And the reason we chose that is because of the customer impact. We also felt like that’s where the most pain was we could keep running the wheels in the background in the accounting department. But the customers wouldn’t see that and feel that as much. But we knew that front end logistic system was something we just had to do a better job of. One of the things we made a conscious decision of after a failed implementation back in 2017 where we were trying to implement an integrated package from logistics to the back office is, that was too big a bite at the apple. And so the second go around, which took us a while, to get back to in 21 when we started with Fleet Panda. As we made a conscious decision, we were gonna go with a best of breed strategy, meaning we were not gonna go out there and try to find that unicorn that satisfied the accountants and the dispatchers. I’m not sure it exists. But secondly, there was not enough oxygen in the room to do both at the same time. So we were gonna do the front of the house first. That’s what touches customers. And now we’re on our back of house, right? We’re in the midst of our iRelay implementation. And I can tell you, where we are now, that was the better decision.”
What are the different types of integration possible? Do you do it via APIs?
We might need some customizations with the integration. Would that be possible?
