Hi! I’m Pavan, the founder of FleetPanda.

The story of FleetPanda begins not from lines of code, but rather running dispatch operations for our fleet fueling company in California - FuelPanda.

Within a few months, our business started growing rapidly. And so did the operational challenges. Our dispatchers were working overtime and always on the phone with either the drivers or customers. Our accountant was losing hair over invoicing and reconciliation and of course, we never had enough drivers!

We quickly realized we needed software to manage our operations. Working on spreadsheets and pen-paper was bleeding us more than whatever a software might cost.

Coming from Silicon Valley, our standards for software were high.

Yet no matter how hard we searched we couldn’t find a software that truly met our needs.



The options were costly, built in the 80s, hardware focused, rigid and had really bad support.

We saw no other option but to build one for ourselves.

Soon our software became our secret sauce. And some of the biggest fuel marketing companies came knocking. We collaborated with them, refining our system even further.

That’s how FleetPanda was born.

Our mission is to empower every dispatcher, driver, accountant, owner — every fuel marketer out there with software that makes their work delightful. And we are not stopping till we get there.
