This integration is done via PandaBridge. Pandabridge is a bridge app between QuickBooks and FleetPanda. It fetches customer and ShipTo information from QuickBooks and pushes it to FleetPanda. Similarly it fetches all the Purchase and Sales Orders from FleetPanda and sends it over to QuickBooks for the accountants to create and send invoices to your customers.
Real time sales order and purchase order sync
All the Delivery ticket data (Sales Order) like Customer Name, location, assets, Product, gallons delivered and so on are automatically sent to the back-office system.
Similarly all the BOL data (Purchase Order) like vendor/supplier, terminal, BOL number and image, product, gallons loaded and so on are synced with the back-office.
This way, the accounting team can prepare invoices and get the out the door before the driver even comes out of the premises.

One of the things we were spending a lot of time as a company doing was credit management. At the time we implemented FleetPanda, we were probably doing 150 deliveries a day and all 150 orders went to our credit department to determine. Which customers were in good standing and which ones were not. We knew we needed a way to automate that somewhat. And so we went to FleetPanda and started working together to find a way that it could integrate with our back office system to actually automate that.

Pricing Sync
With the Pricing module, fuel pricing and customer margins can also be accessed via API synced to Quickbooks automatically for accounting teams. This way, the back-office team doesn’t need to rummage through multiple spreadsheets containing customer contracts and the day’s fuel pricing to create every invoice.
