Patrick indicates, “Manual, pen and paper processes have been in place for over 30-40 years. We’ve been successful with those processes. That’s why we’re around today. But with the technology out there, we see it as very important to adapt fast.”

The path to modernization was not without resistance, though, as Patrick’s father, an old school man, initially had doubts about the technology. Patrick laughingly recounts, he said,”I don’t see why we need this fancy thing. You know, we’ve been doing it this way for years. Why change?” Fast forward today – “My father is a huge supporter of FleetPanda.”
